Kangaroo TV Branches into Golf spectrum

Kangaroo
TV Europe Ltd, IMG Worldwide and the PGA European Tour are proud to announce
the integration of the Kangaroo handheld TV at the HSBC World Match Play
Championship, October 11 to 14, 2007. Kangaroo TV will be trial-tested
throughout the four-day competition to be held in

Wentworth,
England
with the intention of developing the program for public use in 2008.

The
progressive move from HSBC, title sponsor of the World Match Play Championship,
and IMG to include the state-of the-art technology will enhance coverage of the
annual event and further the sport. Kangaroo TV is a lightweight portable
device that receives live audio, video and data streams, allowing the user to
“jump” between various screens to follow the golfers around the
course. Kangaroo TV will carry the BBC production of the HSBC World Match Play
Championship, exclusive live footage from different camera angles, vital
up-to-the-minute Unisys scoring, and live tournament commentary.

Tournament
Director Senior Vice President, IMG, Marc Webster said, “We are thrilled
that Kangaroo TV has chosen the HSBC World Match Play Championship to launch
their involvement in golf. We believe the availability of this cutting-edge
technology will enhance our spectators experience as they are able to follow
the progress of the various matches between the world class golfers in the
field this year.”

“It
is an honour for Kangaroo TV to be part of the prestigious HSBC World Match
Play Championship,” said Alain Charette, Vice President of Corporate Development
and GM of Kangaroo TV Europe. “The benefits of using Kangaroo TV will be
realized as spectators will be able to follow the entire tournament whilst
watching from a fairway or a green of the course. The Kangaroo TV will give
golf enthusiasts widespread coverage, mobility and intimacy with the world-class
golfers as never before seen.”

Widely
used in motorsports around the world, the Kangaroo TV service will be applied
to the unique demands of the golf landscape and competition. The handy Kangaroo
TV devices will be available to media, VIP, select spectators, sponsors and
partners to sample the new technology during the event. Media distribution will
be managed in conjunction with IMG HSBC Golf press officer and media
department.
