Kentucky Trailer Builds Customized Trailers for Sports Clients

The Sports Video Group is pleased to welcome Kentucky Trailer Technologies as a mobile/integrator sponsor. Founded in 1879, the company supplies the specialty-truck and -trailer markets, manufacturing vehicles and mobile platforms for broadcast production.

“Kentucky Trailer’s decision to join Sports Video Group was quick and unhesitating,” says Phillip Bingham, director of business development, broadcast TV. “The SVG has a large audience and group attendance with ever current and continued news and events. It is a great resource for the latest news in the industry.”

With facilities in Kentucky and Michigan, Kentucky Trailer builds custom rack-ready units designed around its customers’ specific needs and provides a light 53-ft. all-aluminum expandable production trailer, including power, HVAC, and interior finish ready for equipment installation.

“Kentucky Trailer’s goal is to see one of our trailers parked in front of every stadium or sports complex in the country, with a smiling customer at the helm,” says Bingham. “With Sports Video Group, we will reach all users and get that message out.”

As the company expands its capabilities and makes evolutionary improvements to acquired Calutech designs, Kentucky Trailer has shown its ability to grow. To progress CPS’s HD2 to HD4 (rolled out this year) in one leap, Kentucky Trailer made vast changes to improve structure, appearance, and interior finish.
