With the Ikegami HC-HD300 on set, Lyndon State College’s students are getting an education on the imagery that world-class cameras can achieve. “Our jaws dropped the first time we saw the pictures from these cameras ? it was truly amazing,” Ballou says. “Everyone here, the students and faculty, have been thrilled with the results that we’re getting onscreen. The viewing audience has also made very positive comments since we made the switch.”

Before the faculty could start teaching students how to set up and operate the Ikegami HC-HD300, they needed to learn themselves. “The training that we received was exceptional,” Ballou notes. “The dynamic range that Ikegami’s engineer helped us to achieve was far beyond anything we’d experienced before. Their training really helped us to pull the best quality out of these cameras.”
